I have worked as a counsellor with young people and adults for 7 years. I have a Master’s Degree in Counselling and am trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution Based Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Emotionally Focused Counselling, Child Sandplay, and Jungian Therapy. I specialise in Play Therapy for children, including Sandplay, to support children who have experienced trauma or other developmental challenges. Children can more easily express their feelings and thoughts through play and together we like to use creative activities to build trust, explore their experiences, facilitate healing, and develop healthy coping strategies.

I offer a safe and confidential space where things can be talked about freely without judgement. My approach is trauma informed and I treat each client as an individual, tailoring my counselling approach to suit individual needs. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, stress, complex trauma, relationship problems, self-esteem issues, life transition and career coaching.
