Our Food for Thought program is run by Danielle Bell, an Accredited Practising Dietitian who strives to help people improve their quality of life.

Danielle strives to help people improve their quality of life. She treats her clients as unique individuals and takes the time to listen and walk beside them as they discover the ways that food and movement can elevate their physical and mental wellbeing. She has experience working as a clinical dietitian in aged care homes and developed an interest in nutrition for healthy ageing.

Danielle aims to help you learn how to make quick and nourishing meals in your own home that align with a Mediterranean dietary pattern to help support cognitive health and wellbeing. Our at home cooking programs are designed to be enjoyable and cater to all abilities.
