We work with you to build on your strength as a family and help you to create a home environment where children thrive. By gaining important insights and learning new skills parents via our parenting programs, you’ll be better equipped to help your children reach their potential.

Circle of Security
Date: Thurs 29 February – 4 April 2024

A 6 week program for parents of children 0 – 12 years of age, Circle of Security is an evidence based attachment and relationship based early intervention parenting program designed to enhance attachment security between parents and their children.
This course is for parents residing in Hornsby, Ku-ring-gai, Willoughby, Lane Cove, Mosman, North Sydney and Northern Beaches suburbs.
Connecting with Baby
Date: Tues 5 March – 26 March 2024

A free group for families with young babies (mums and dads both welcome). Over 4 consecutive weeks we will strengthen the bond between parent and bub through interactive activities, learn about the principles of secure attachment, foster a sense of community creating a supportive environment for sharing experiences and ensure parents recognise the importance of self-care. Specific topics include baby massage and bonding through touch and learning about bub’s needs. You will also enjoy a sensory workshop with baby and create memories with arts and crafts.
Keeping Kids in Mind
Date: Thurs 7 March – 4 April 2024

A 5 week online course for parents experiencing conflict after separation. This course is designed to assist parents to see through their children’s eyes the experience of parental separation. You’ll also develop a greater understanding about how to support your children.
Participants must register, participate in a pre-group interview and pay prior to joining the course.

Date: Wed 6 March – 3 April 2024

A 5 week course for parents of primary school aged children. Learn skills to assist your child in understanding and managing their emotions. Explore how to deal with frustrations and conflict and how to develop good social skills and positive behaviours.

1-2-3 Magic
Date: Fri 8 March – 22 March 2024

A 3 week course for parents of 2 – 12 year olds. Learn how to manage behaviour without arguing or shouting and discover methods to stop unwanted behaviours, increase co-operation and enhance your relationship with your children.
