Domestic & Family Violence Support
Domestic and family violence is any behaviour that’s used to gain or maintain power and control over someone else and comes in many forms – psychological, emotional, physical and sexual abuse, financial, social and spiritual control, stalking and intimidation.
CatholicCare provides a range of services to assist women and children experiencing domestic and family violence.
We are the social care and support agency of the Catholic Church in the Diocese of Broken Bay. We help children, young people and adults to live more enriched lives and provide quality services tailored to individual needs which take into account people’s social and cultural backgrounds.
We help women and children leave domestic violence and build a strong support network to achieve safe and positive lives.
