DANCE ACADEMY – BORN TO PERFORM

We believe dance is for everyone! Kicking off in February, you’ll enjoy two full days of amazing dance classes each week. Choose from hip hop, lyrical, ballet, jazz, contemporary, musical theatre, yoga moves and more! Beginners welcome, as are more skilled dancers.

PLUS … you’ll get the chance to learn to sing, act and shine on stage! With healthy lifestyle tips and a personal wellbeing focus, this program is packed with confidence boosting, creative opportunities to be your best self in 2020.


SPORTS ACADEMY – ACHIEVE YOUR PERSONAL BEST

Be supported to become your personal best – fitter, healthier and happier in 2020! Young adults with intellectual disability – you can now be coached to achieve your healthy lifestyle goals, boost your confidence and learn some real fitness skills.

We’ll visit great sporting and coastal locations enjoying all the Central Coast has to offer as we swim, walk, run, hike and bike our way to success. Enjoy a full day of fitness fun and friendship while you track your sporting achievements with our fitness support team.


SPORTS ACADEMY – THE TEAM IS THE DREAM

Are you a young, active adult with intellectual disability who loves team sports? If yes, check out our exciting new Sports Academy which kicks off February 2020! Enjoy soccer, Oz tag, basketball and all your fave team sports. Train and compete with mates and feel the excitement of being drafted onto one of four teams ready to compete in regular weekly games.

This is a two day per week program for anyone who wants to be coached to their sporting best – you’ll be fitter, stronger and motivated. Join us now – the team is the dream!


FUTURES DANCE COMPANY

Calling all dancers with Down Syndrome or intellectual disability! Day dreaming about where your love of dance can take you? Join our Futures Dance Company and discover a world of creative art and theatre. Take your talent to the stage and screen.

This is a two day per week program that you can access with NDIS funding or fee for service. It will give you a real chance to improve your dance skills in the studio – practising and learning new choreography and working with dancers in the industry on exciting community art and inclusion projects. Now you can confidently share your story through dance and movement!
