Meet Jaswinder from Normanhurst

My name is Jaswinder. You’ll find my Family Day Care centre in Normanhurst.

I live with my 7 year old daughter Avneet. I have 5 years’ experience in early childhood education. I hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.

I have chosen to work in family day care as I am passionate about the benefits of working with small groups of children. It also allows my daughter to socialise and be a part of the children’s lives.

I enjoy the chance to plan and implement programs that interest and encourage children to learn and extend themselves.

My philosophy endeavours to provide a safe, loving and home like environment where children can grow through play. The children in my care are encouraged to explore the world through natural materials, resources and sustainable practices. I focus on building and cherishing relationships with families to work together to create the best outcomes for all children.
