LYN AINSWORTH
Executive Director

With an extensive background in executive leadership in the not-for-profit disability sector, Lyn has an impressive track record of strategic and creative values-based leadership with a particular focus on people-based business operations. Lyn has a recognised ability to inspire, develop and lead teams in times of change and challenge. She holds a Masters Degree in Strategic Human Resources Management and a Graduate Diploma in Management (Arts), a Bachelor of Law, Bachelor of Arts, Graduate Diploma in Education. and is admitted as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of NSW.

LORRAE COLLINS
Chief Financial Officer

Lorrae, a Fellow of Chartered Accountants, Australia and New Zealand, has provided her senior management and accounting experience as Chief Financial Officer, Commercial Manager, Financial Controller, and Company Secretary in a variety of industries including aged-care, not-for-profit organisations, member-based organisations, emergency services, professional services, medical research, advertising, construction, hotel management and recruitment. She has been very successful in providing strategic direction and implementing best practice systems to ensure accurate data capture, developing business processes which result in transparent reporting and compliance with statutory requirements. She enjoys mentoring people to develop an environment balancing both hard work and team achievements.

ROMAINE MOSS
Senior Manager People & Culture

Romaine has worked with CatholicCare for over 10 years. Prior to being appointed to her current role Senior Manager, People & Culture in November 2016, she worked as Manager, Work Health & Safety. Romaine has a Bachelor of Science with an honours degree in Psychology as well as post-graduate qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling and Safety Science. She has worked in people and culture teams across a variety of financial institutions, government, manufacturing and not-for-profits. Romaine has a high level of experience in quality systems, auditing, training, investigations, change management, HR and industrial relations, AAE, injury management, and workers compensation.

 

MICHAEL COFFEY
Senior Manager Strategic Directions & Planning

Michael holds a Ph.D (2013), B.Ed Hons 1st class (2001) and B.Ed (2000) in Education gained at the University of Technology Sydney.  Michael was awarded University Medal for Best Thesis Across all Faculties at UTS in 2001 and Australian Institute of Training and Development Adult Education prize for Best Thesis Project Bachelor of Education (Honours) in Adult Education also in 2001.  Michael has been a member on many Boards in his career and lectured/tutored in Adult Education and Indigenous Faculty Courses (UTS) and Wirra Wirra Indigenous Faculty (Macquarie Uni).  Michael is experienced in strategic planning, organisational rebranding, advocating to politicians,  tender coordination and writing, and successful in fund raising and attracting sponsorship.  Michael has experience in youth homelessness, housing, employment, health, education and youth affairs at a Federal and State level.
