With a strong background and extensive experience in training, development and customer service, Trish made a career move into the social service sector in 2002 in the aged care field. Trish joined CatholicCare in 2006 as Central Coast Area Manager and shortly after became the Senior Manager for Family Centres until 2013. Following a restructure Trish was appointed to the role of Senior Manager Business Development and then moved into the role of Executive Director in September 2015. Trish holds a Bachelor of Business with a major in Human Resource Management, this is in addition to her Diploma of Welfare – Community Services and Advanced Diploma of Human Resources. Trish was the Chair of the Central Coast Family Law Pathways Network for eight years and was previously on the Board of FamS (NSW Family Services Inc) – a NSW family support peak body.

Andrew is a Chartered Accountant with executive management experience in commerce and the not-for-profit sector. He has considerable experience in governance, accounting systems, financial management, compliance, risk management, change management and leadership. A former senior partner in a mid-sized accountancy practice he has acted as advisor to clients in various industries and has been a Director on the boards of private companies, unlisted public companies and member-based not-for-profit organisations.
Chief Operating Officer
Kerry has 20 years management experience in the social services, government and corporate sectors. She has designed and implemented strategy, services, programs and tools which help people build capacity and capability to participate economically and socially, delivering improved outcomes for people and communities. Her particular interest is in innovation to address social challenges – strategically, systemically and directly – through collaborative service and program design. Kerry’s expertise includes strategy and planning, governance and compliance, change management and service design and implementation. She has extensive experience in developing customer and client centric approaches and policy, customer/client and stakeholder engagement strategies. She has a BA and training in counselling and ADR. She is an accredited LSI/GSI practitioner.
Senior Manager People & Culture
Romaine has worked with CatholicCare for over 10 years. Prior to being appointed to her current role Senior Manager, People & Culture in November 2016, she worked as Manager, Work Health & Safety. Romaine has a Bachelor of Science with an honours degree in Psychology as well as post-graduate qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling and Safety Science. She has worked in people and culture teams across a variety of financial institutions, government, manufacturing and not-for-profits. Romaine has a high level of experience in quality systems, auditing, training, investigations, change management, HR and industrial relations, AAE, injury management, and workers compensation.
Senior Manager Strategic Directions & Planning
Michael holds a Ph.D (2013), B.Ed Hons 1st class (2001) and B.Ed (2000) in Education gained at the University of Technology Sydney. Michael was awarded University Medal for Best Thesis Across all Faculties at UTS in 2001 and Australian Institute of Training and Development Adult Education prize for Best Thesis Project Bachelor of Education (Honours) in Adult Education also in 2001. Michael has been a member on many Boards in his career and lectured/tutored in Adult Education and Indigenous Faulty Courses (UTS) and Wirra Wirra Indigenous Faculty (Macquarie Uni). Michael is experienced in strategic planning, organisational rebranding, advocating to politicians, tender coordination and writing, and successful in fund raising and attracting sponsorship. Michael has experience in youth homelessness, housing, employment, health, education and youth affairs at a Federal and State level.
